Our bagels are not the big, mushy globs of dough you may have eaten for years. Rather, Lala’s bagels are meticulously crafted to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our process produces a bagel that makes a great accompaniment to a sandwich made of any combination of meat, cheese, eggs, bacon or cream cheese schmear. Are you a bagel purest? Well, Lala’s bagels are a joy to eat on their own. (Try our cinnamon raisin or jalapeno cheddar bagel for a real “eat alone” treat).
